How to Add a YouTube Video
Share your hunt story with video. Follow these simple steps to add a YouTube video to your trophy page.
Upload to YouTube
Go to YouTube.com and sign in to your Google account. Click the camera icon in the top right and select "Upload video".
💡 Privacy Recommendation
Set your video to "Unlisted" when uploading. This means only people with the link can view it — perfect for sharing trophies without making the video public.
Copy the Video URL
After your video is uploaded and processed, go to the video page. Click the Share button below the video, then click Copy to copy the video link.
Example YouTube URL format
Paste into TrophyArchive
Go to your trophy in TrophyArchive (create or edit), find the "YouTube Video" section, and paste the URL into the YouTube URL field. Save your trophy.
The video will automatically appear embedded on your public trophy page for anyone viewing the QR code or link.
